HOW THE WORK IS CONTROLLED
Operating standards, made visible.
The short version: verify the facts, use the minimum access, record the work, and ask before a sensitive or irreversible action.
Verified source of truth
Business facts are confirmed against client-approved information before changes are prepared. Unknown details are treated as unknown—not filled in from a guess.
Least-privilege access
Where a platform supports roles, Hometown Demand requests the narrowest role needed to perform the agreed work. Passwords, recovery codes, and payment-card details should never be sent by ordinary email.
Approval boundaries
Routine work follows the written approval matrix. Sensitive review responses, material offer changes, legal claims, spend, and other high-impact actions remain subject to explicit client approval.
Visible evidence trail
Completed work is recorded with the action, date, status, and supporting evidence when available. The client dashboard separates completed work, queued work, approvals, and issues.
Responsible reporting
Reports distinguish work completed from observable outcomes. Hometown Demand does not claim that a single change caused a ranking, call, lead, or revenue result without adequate evidence.
Clean exit
Client-owned assets remain client-owned. At termination, access is removed and agreed client materials are returned or handed off under the service agreement.
